Yin energy is the feminine energy within us all. When we release rigidity around performance or productivity (Masculine energies)we discover the spaciousness of taking pause, through the inner-Yin or inner feminine. Resonating in feminine energy allows us to be open to be gentle with ourselves, feel compassion and opens up the potential for new and creative ideas. Connecting with nature, practicing yoga and meditation are practices I use to connect to my feminine energy. Feeling held my Mother Nature is a beautiful method of tapping in, to the inner feminine.
