Definitely wear your helmet and life vest. The hike was a moderate hiking experience through rocks, boulders and tree roots. Super cool! For the picnic I made potato salad...my mom's recipe, three bean salad, my aunt's recipe and ham and cheese sandwiches 🥪. For dessert..chocolate chip cookies 🍪. I want to say we fucked along the river...but alas, we did not. Maybe next time I should bring a blanket and fuck in the woods...gotta avoid the poison ivy though.
