So when I actually do eat, I try to do nutritionally dense items. Some of my top favorites are: avocados, blueberries, kale, walnuts, and ginger root. Sometimes I’ll just eat these raw food items all at once sometime mid-day. However I also am a realistic human and allow for myself to have “regular” food during holidays and special occasions.
