Happy Friday ❤️❤️ I’m soooo sore from yesterday’s workout. I did a hot yoga class to start and finished it off with a nice leg/booty day! Here are 2 of my leg day workouts I love!!! 1: SQUATS. I always squat in the beginning of my leg day workout. It warms up my legs and hips and builds the quad muscles which I love. I also love challenging myself and seeing how much weight I can rack on 😊 this was 155lb but my PR is 205! 2: BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT W/ SINGLE LEG RDL. These were KILLER and I’m feeling it in my glutes today! This was a 26lb kettle bell and definitely enough weight. By being on one leg it’s not only a balancing act but also focused completely on your glute to pull you back up!
