I drink vitamin d and try to keep a balance of work and rest, plus over the last few years my attitude towards the cold season has changed a lot. After traveling in Asia, I realized that the hot climate actually has disadvantages as well as cold, and here everyone chooses what he likes, although of course I ultimately believe that it is better to dress warmer and just dont feel the cold, than to go outside every time and nowhere to hide from the strong humidity and hot burning sunlight. In the evening at sunset time in Thailand, Sri Lanka and similar countries is comfortable, but the rest of the day you have to spend under air conditioning. I am glad that I was able to compare and choose what I like more because for a long period of my life I dreamed to live where it is always sunny, but for me it turned out to be different.
