I want to thank you all for your support through my brain aneurysm, my breast cancer, and my radiation treatments, you are all incredible. I wanted the last vide this year to be the one video that helps me the most with body pain. Sciatica or lower back pain is no joke and you can heal yourself if you do these, do it daily and your body will heal. I am not sure what I will be doing for content next but drop your comments if you want something specific this year. I may just go with custom videos so order a custom video and I will post it in the group to expire in a day for everyone to enjoy and send it your mailbox for life time enjoyment.
