Added 2024-11-27 22:33:50 +0000 UTCStarted with a body building coach last Monday. I had worked with one 2021-2022 (and consider that to be one of my happiest time periods). Aside from music, performing and all that goes along with my artist project - this is the one drive I have found in adult life that no one ever predicted for me. Sometimes I think my artistic drive is rooted in childhood traumas and inadequacies (as I started performing when i was 8) - so having another outlet that’s just for me is imperative to my happiness.
oh and also it’s perfect cause I’m extremely vain and critical - those defects become positive qualities when designing a “competitive” physique. No idea if I’ll actually compete - but I love the process. So yeah - gonna keep you updated. Maybe I’ll become a muscle bound freak. I live for new creative life direction
