3 egg whites whisked to a froth
Add 4 desert spoons of finely chopped oats (ready brek in uk)
Whisk again
Spray hot pan with oil spray or equivalent
Cook for 2 - 3 min each side
Add maple syrup (or any other syrup)
Add big tits to pour syrup over haha
Add bananas & blueberries
