I’m lucky to train with her a few times a month, and my big muscles owe quite a big debt to her - and to you wonderful guys! I doubt that I could have reached this size without her guidance and your encouragement. If you want biceps that are 18” of unstoppable feminine power, then it truly takes a village💪🏻. I’ll be traveling this week so I won’t be shooting any customs, but I’ll be back to check in with you guys during my trip 😘
