A lil love for my tummy? Really talk I put on at least 25lb during Covid lockedown and that was with a three day a week gym routine 🥴 I’ve never had to work out more than that to stay slim. I love the weight everywhere else, but still feel weird about the tummy. Which then I feel guilty about 😅 because body positivity right? I think it’s a little weird to see pictures of my self every day, especially while my metabolism finally caught up with me. I am learning all the nuances of what that can feel like. You guys help a lot. I’ll post pictures that I feel self-conscious about and they get the same love as the ones I feel don’t show all the lumps/bumps and that always makes it easier to remind myself that people don’t always have the critical eye I do when looking at me. I also found out my school offers personal trainers for really cheap so I’ve signed up for one to see what about my workout routine isn’t working for me the way I want. Anyway just a lil alien rambling on about her body hoping it makes her feel more personable, we all have stuff and rn I’m just learning to be gentle on myself while I grow and change
