My only goal at the start was to eat my fill, and enjoy every bite. I end up putting away nearly 1000 calories in pastries before I call it quits, my belly looking distended and heavy from all those dense carbs. At the end I stand up and show you the curve as it hangs forward. While I eat, I talk a little bit about how I'm at my heaviest weight ever at the moment, how much I've been indulging this past year, and how much I love being greedy and eating as much as I want, whenever I want.
