

I’ve always hated sports, and exercise, but since I’ve been needing to get my mental health in order I’ve been spending a lot of time outside. I love riding my bike every day, jogging every once in a while, and using park workout equipment. I tried getting a gym membership, but it didn’t work out for me. It’s easier to exercise when I’m covering up the fact that it’s exercise. Like hiding vegetable in mac and cheese lol What about you?
