Heya! I am so sorry, I meant to send this today as Wednesday and Sunday are the DDD for me (designated down days) that means I will be "off" on those days as part of my professional work needs and also as a required mental day off from everything so that you for being patient with this change in post schedule. From now on expect vid drops Thursdays except SFW Workout Wednesday!
