


SFW WORKOUT WEDENESDAY - Back day is back!
Tips are appreciated - free to all subs as usual over at @xxautumnivyxx
So I'm gonna try to keep these in order based on what makes sense and after a quick and dirty arm day I figured a back day would be solid.. we can work in a leg day next week.
As usual drink water and pace yourself! Don't forget to get that pesky cardio in and keep consistent. You can do this!
