

Okay QOTD is back BAYYYBI 7/19/21 “Have you ever become weak in your vegan days and thought of meat or ate a small piece?” So .. no. Plant based is a diet. Vegan is a lifestyle. I am vegan. I have never wanted to eat animal products of any kind since. I switched literally overnight just to try it in June of 2019 and never looked back and now have made fundamental changes to my everyday life to make sure I stay true to my current believes on being vegan. I accidentally had something with dairy in it like a year or so ago and I got so insanely sick 🤕 I’d never willingly do that to animals or my body. What I do NOT eat is: Meat Poultry Fish Eggs Dairy Honey Non-organic sugar (refined with animal bones) * always get asked - I actually get my 🩸 and levels tested every 3-6 months and everything is better than the average for the most part *
