I've been in a relationship with myself for the last 24 years and it has been great, everyday I learn something new about me and about life, I've been in a very deep dark and scary place before but going there taught me how to love myself and take care of myself specially of my mental health, which is vital. This Valentine's day think about you as your date, as the person you love the most and treat you like you deserve, it's also an opportunity to make good changes in your life, do something that makes you happy, I encourage you to leave everything making you feel pain away and only focus in what really is going to make you happy, it's time to end empty relationships, unhealthy habits and look for a fulfilling future.
