Each time I try to pass through the stair-gate, my hips and thighs bump against it, causing it to wobble. I can feel it straining against my body as I struggle to get through. As I climb up and down the stairs, my body jiggles with each step. By the time I’m finished I'm panting and sweating, and have to rest on the stairs to catch my breath.
