As soon as I put on a little bit of size, itβs like the whole world turned and now everyone says I look like a football player. Soccer players NEED strength. The amount of power behind my kicks, throw ins and even just sprint speed have all climbed as Iβve put on healthy weight. Not to mention my dribbling speed and skill moves have slightly improved. Now donβt get me wrong, you can definitely put weight on incorrectly. Diet is super important in doing this correctly. With the right diet and training, anything is possible.
