Your head is pointing in the opposite direction. Then do the same on the other side. It is important to do the exercise slowly, if you are in acute pain - do not do it, see a doctor to relieve the acute inflammation. (You can hear my spine crunching in the video π€) π· Second exercise: lying on your back, put one leg behind the knee of the other and pull it towards you and fix it with your hands. You will feel tension in the area where the sciatic nerve is, this is normal, then you will feel relief. Repeat the same with the second leg. Hold the leg until the discomfort subsides.
