


I want to share with you my transformation. I lost over 30kg of extra weight and then started training to gain muscle mass. On the left, I am 6 years younger than I am now. The motivation to work on myself was my poor health, low stamina and shortness of breath when walking. I literally could not tie my shoe laces properly or walk more than 100 metres without stopping. There was also poor gastrointestinal, kidney, musculoskeletal and pressure problems. I have studied a lot of information to understand how to become a healthy, fit and strong person.
