

For the first time in eight months of war I cooked borscht 🫕 I realised that I had to seize the opportunity while there was still electricity and water. This is a diet version - without frying the vegetables and meat in oil. Ingredients: -cabbage -beets -carrots -onion -tomato -pepper -beans -meat -garlic -salt, spices to taste I cooked it in a multicooker, adding a spoonful of sour cream and parsley when serving.
