Everything has to come together, otherwise it won't work. One part of me realises that I need rest because I literally can't take it anymore, I constantly want to cry and end this life. But my inner voice says "how could you get tired? Get to work! It's harder for others! You have no right to rest! You have to keep progressing and going forward! You have to get better!" I'm still a bit hopeful that I can get some help from specialists, even though I'm ashamed to go to them. I was brought up never to ask for help, but I can't do that anymore. I will soon cease to exist if I keep trying to be an iron lady 24/7.
