




My favourite high-protein salad 🥗 Ingredients: 1. Chicken fillet 2. Eggs 3. Feta cheese (optional) 4. Peking cabbage 5. Sweet pepper 6. Canned corn 7. Lettuce leaves 8. Garlic 9. Olive oil, salt. Method: Boil the chicken fillets and fry in butter. Boil and dice the eggs. Then shred the cabbage, dice the bell peppers and cut the salad leaves. Add the corn.
