I'll start with the most important accomplishments: 1) I gave up e-cigarettes 2) stopped drinking wine on holidays 3) returned to a healthy diet 4) cleaned up my toxic environment 5) returned to therapy 6) struggled with a personality disorder, changing behavioral strategies and reactions every day 7) alive Secondary accomplishments: 1) Obtained a degree in internet marketing 2) Completed driving school 3) Read books on psychology 4) Moved to the Kiev region Friends, share your achievements for this year, any action you do for your own good deserves respect and approval ❤️ Love you 🫶🏻
