This is a really quick gentle grounding practice to help get back to the present moment & into your individual body. I have been promising to share more of my wellness practices here (being a sex worker does not exclude that these are also very intimate and important aspects of my life that allow me to show up more presently and fully here with you) and I have been super kind and gentle with myself and what my practices look like. I’m also putting myself out there as I have never lead a meditation before I think I’ll make this a once a week thing to offer some reprieve to those who come here for not just the sensual aspects of my person, but to truly engage with the deeper more wholesome & genuine parts.
