The practice is so that you can go and live your life more bravely more fully and face challenges with much more grace. There is a full life and wholeness for those of us who shake ass and ho for a living, and it does not negate our ability to tap in and fully embody and let go of our current identities. Practice to live more fully, not to preach righteousness.
