

⏰Every work day, I walk from the subway station to my office, with a quick stop to get food and coffee to-go.☕️ One of my favorite workers -- he's friendly and helpful -- told me how his doctor said he needs to loose fat. 😵💫His blo-od sugar is too high.🙀 Then he told me, "I'm eating like you now. Like a muscle guy." 😀He switched some of his meals to the things that I buy from him: pre-cooked chicken breast (no fat, high protein), rice, salad with fruit, nuts, and low fat/low sugar Japanese salad dressing. 🍽💪🏼 "I want to look like you, with all the muscles," he told me a few days later.😍 I encourage him each week to continue with his diet goals. When he starts working on his muscle goals, I'll tell you about it. 😘
