It’s the final CrossFit open workout tomorrow, which consists of: Starting with a 6-minute time cap, complete as many reps as possible of: 5 wall walks 50 double-unders 15 snatches (65lb) 5 wall walks 50 double-unders 12 snatches (95lb) *If completed before the 6-minute time cap, add 3 minutes to the time cap and complete: 20 strict handstand push-ups 50 double-unders 9 snatches (125lb) *If completed before the 9-minute time cap, add 3 minutes to the time cap and complete: 20 strict handstand push-ups 50 double-unders 6 snatches (155lb) Went into the gym today to test my snatch, the first video is 40kg which other than slightly dodgy footwork went up nicely. The second video is I 43kg, which I failed, but damn it’s close… the last picture is a screen shot of the lift. The bar is so high, I just need to get underneath it! I compete tomorrow. Wish me luck!
