

1.5 weeks out from the show Today I had a slightly bigger breakfast I had two whole eggs, one cup egg whites, two slices of bread, one and a half tablespoons of peanut butter Then I had 6 ounces of ground beef, one cup of rice, cauliflower Then I went to Wawa I had a tuna melt sandwich or a Panini same damn thing with extra cheddar cheese and smoked applewood bacon , a a quesadilla that was chicken and Buffalo with American cheese and cheddar cheese and four little Twix bars Then I had a plane, lightly salted rice cake with peanut butter and jelly, very light I did some yardwork then I had my post workout meal which is two scoops of protein and two rice cakes I have two more meals left I’ll probably repeat another beef meal. I might do one small scoop of gelati Then before bed, I’ll probably do my 4 ounce chicken breast with zucchini, and possibly that grilled cheese dipping taco from Taco Bell Now this sounds crazy, but I’m playing around with the dirtiness to see how it makes me look tomorrow
