By the way, I'm thinking about building my own BDSM studio, for fun with friends and for movies, nothing commercial.
I have an unused building, it's ruined. I would do a lot of the work myself in sexy outfits with big cleavage 😄 I learned a bit while building a house 😝
I need to think about it. You could decide on its interior design, vote for the best design, decide what equipment you would like to see, give me construction advice etc.
