Hey beautiful people - Thursday and it's cold, wet and miserable here! Perfect time to stay inside, drink a whisky or two, and carve a pumpkin....

If you want to make use of the seeds (they are really yummy roasted!) here's a little step by step (with pictures)
*Separate the seeds from the guts
*Stick them in a pan and boil in salted water for 10 mins ish
*Drain and place on a clean kitchen towel and dry off
*Put them in a bowl and add some seasoning and oil (I used dark brown sugar, normal sugar, and a some cinnamon and 2tsps of olive oil) but you can use literally any combination; sweet, or savoury
*Place on a baking tray and roast at 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) or Gas Mark 2 for 40 - 45 mins ish
*Remove and enjoy - they taste like popcorn :)
