**I have to say, I am amazed at the beauty of my post baby body.** Still some loose skin, but its shrinking everyday! I am ok if my tummy never changes, I made 4 humans! But, to have a strong core is essential for my health and well-being. I've been extra slow and patient with my body. Slowly incorporating exercise at my pace. So many women rush 'bouncing back' resulting in serious health problems. I wanted to take to time to be amazed at the human body and not so stressed about the pressures women have (and have put on themselves) from society to look as if they never had a baby. I am beyond proud of my capabilities as a woman and I want to own that. Therefore, I chose to listen to my body. When I felt too sore, I took a break. When I felt strong and confident, I pushed to reach my limits. Mr. Cullen has been so supportive. He's attracted either way, but he also has respected my need to feel strong and confident. I could go on and on about this subject, but I'll leave you to adore my 4 year postpartum body. Thank you for all of your compliments and love!
