(I.e. just my food for thought)🥧 ☀️In order to function my best I have learned to integrate balance & self care daily into my life! Running around anxious like a chicken with its head cut off all over town & all over the country used to make me feel productive, but sometimes you have to work strategically, I.e. smarter not always harder ☀️This helps me to balance my health, my personal goals, as well as being selective with the company I keep & for how long in my relationships in order to avoid burn-out in this great big pie that we experience as life!
