Something I loved about Vizcaya was how natural materials and man-made structures blended together so seamlessly. Natural coral and limestone were used extensively in construction - which also features concrete, cast to resemble coral, as well! The arch I'm posing under is formed of this cast-concrete, and the marble statue on which our lizard friend is sitting is placed on a concrete dais. I also loved this private little pond, of concrete construction, but accented with real shells.
