Haven’t done a flex in a while- that aside, thanks for hanging out. I’m working on yalla affirmation audio for tonight but I also wanted to let you all know that I’m falling behind a bit. Mental health stuff is catching up to me and if I’m being Frank I’m feeling pretty worthless. I’ll get over it, I always do. For the moment though I do want to let y’all know that Poison Ivy Bodycage edition will be released next week. I will also have a workout video Thursday as promised. Thanks for understanding and keep pushing Forward. We’ve got this. Also things are a little bushy, so uh, sorry.
