Gym training today, now that i am back home Wash off jet lag with a hard workout Get your body back in line, surfing is not good for your body it is un even and causes imbalances, so weight lifting and training keeps everything in line and your body injury free, surfing is good for over all fitness but over time creates bad imbalances if you arent supplementing with gym work! First thing i do is Deadlift when i get home!
