Added 2023-05-31 02:48:26 +0000 UTCToday, I went to the grocery store all by myself (well Yeti was with me of course). AND I cooked dinner for the first time in over a year! I’m proud of myself. Working on my agoraphobia and general anxiety has been an uphill battle, on top of emotional regulation (that one has been the hardest!). But I went out today, did what I needed to, and everything was fine! I felt so good after doing all that alone that I KINDA started day dreaming about being creampied. 🤤
