Lately, for me, this is looking like slowing down my nicotine intake🥲, upping my herbs🙏🏽, focusing and manifesting,✨and veiling. Prior to my research, I had only seen veiling as a part of spirituality in Arabic-based religions. After doing some of my research, I learned that veiling is something that is also done in pagan tradition.😌 those who are considered empaths, or vulnerable to toxic energy; or those who just knew they had some coming their way, would veil their heads and their hair to literally protect themselves from the top down. I am not pagan but I do practice you know, what I do, spiritually; so I’ve taken to veiling as a way to protect my gentle empathetic heart and magnetize the strong, warrior feminine spirit I have on the flip.
