In total I‘m doing 4 rounds (3 in this one) of pushups, biceps curls, sprinting barefeet over the challenging ground and skipping - all back to back - under the glistening sun 🥵
Starting with 20 reps in the 1 st round, and increasing by 10 reps with every further round.
