

FITNESS MOTIVATION MONDAY | You don't have to be extreme in your workout, just be consistent!
Today was the first workout I was allowed to do--ahem, ok I technically shouldn't really be doing workout yet, but I needed to move my body!--since my back procedure.
It was slow. It was steady. I didn't win any awards. But I did the thing and I moved... and it COUNTED!
I have my next race this summer, so I order to crush it then, I need to back off a bit now. Here's what I did:
- 30 minutes moderate cycle
- 15 min gentle core (within comfort range)
- 10 min arms
