If you specifically want to lose FAT, that's when food quality and type ALSO matters. Easiest way to start being conscience of that is to look up a few calorie calculators, take the average of them all, make sure ur hitting about .7-1.2g of protein PER POUND of bodyweight, the rest can be whatever... If you've never done it before, don't go crazy with weighing everything to the nearest gram and shit, start slow, ease ur way into it. Tracking calories is like bottoming for the first time. Relax. Be slow. Lube that hoe up, and after some time of playin around with it, it's fun and games🤟👍
