

On squats, SSB or not, make sure ur chest is staying upright..
Added 2023-09-05 17:21:44 +0000 UTCOn squats, SSB or not, make sure ur chest is staying upright, ur hips are opened, and you have ur back contracted super hard. Also, if ur sticking point in your squat is around 1/4 to 1/2 way up, try doing 1.5 rep squats like I'm doing here so u can target that especially hard.
