1️⃣ Waking up to the sounds of nature - I like to start the day by waking up to birds singing or the sound of rain outside the window. It helps me feel in harmony with the world around me.😌
2️⃣ Fresh air - right after waking up I open the window and enjoy the morning freshness. 🌳
3️⃣Morning yoga or meditation - a few minutes of meditation or yoga helps me get in a positive frame of mind and focus on my goals. 🧘♂️
5️⃣ A delicious breakfast - breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! 😋🥑
