Do the complete opposite. Learn something new, expand your knowledge somehow and always remember whatever you do you’re doing for yourself! You have to learn to love yourself even at your worst or weakest moments. Lastly don’t forget to ask for what you want from life. I ask all the time. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a question targeted toward God, but it should be targeted towards a higher power - mine being the universe.
