She left with nothing, and thought it was best for us. Please understand that everyone has their own reasons for why they do the things they do. She has been dragging that pain around with her for 37 years. I look back on my life and she was a great mom. Please don't just wish your mom a generic Happy Mother's Day. Talk to her.
