




Day 1 of the 30 day stomach stretching challenge - I was really hungry so easily smashed a large bowl of pasta and salmon. Then I chugged two litres of water in 15 mins. Stomach is well stretched for day 1. I could feel it after the first litre but you have to keep going! You need to train hard to stretch your stomach! I can literally feel it stretching! I feel like an athlete!!! Please cheer me on!!! x x
