Day 2 continued - Big bowl of chilli, rice, nachos and cheese. Followed by 2 litres of water as quickly as possible. When you do a stuffing you have hours maybe even all day to get as big as possible. When you capacity train you have to do it fast to stretch your stomach. Both are fun 😊
