Added 2023-11-09 01:11:37 +0000 UTCmy sleep schedule is so off. My phone says it’s 1 AM, but on Atlantic ocean boat time it’s 10 PM. But LA time it’s 5pm. I’m exhausted, I want to sleep, but I shouldn’t if I want to try to ease my way back into LA time zone😭
