Good afternoon! Or morning for me ๐ Does lockdown mess with anyone elseโs sleep or just mine? Iโve been reading a little about circadian rhythms - Iโm not sure if Iโm naturally a night owl and I fall into a this pattern left to my own devices or if I just have more energy as Iโm rushing around less so I go to bed later and this pattern of later nights/later morning develops. Anyway... Iโm sure your thoughts are more interesting than mine, wanna share? ๐
