Heeeeello Thank you guys for being so supportive on my last posts. I was going to try to shoot today but I had to order a new camera lens and batteries. Plus I took a βnapβ that turned into 8 hours so I guess Iβm still recovering! I was so scared the other night, so Iβm vowing to take better care of myself. I just finished a workout and Iβm using an app to track my calories and nutrients because I want to get back up to a healthy weight range! Iβve always been small but right now Iβm a tad too underweight for my liking. My goal is to gain 15 lbs at least, both muscle and fat! Currently I am at 102 so wish me luck!
